TapTV Trivia

Tap TV Trivia is a networked multiplayer trivia game where you use your smart phone or tablet to answer trivia questions to be ranked locally in a location and nationally against other players. This was my first large scale project with over a year of development and updates. It was my first true experience with multiplayer programming as well as dedicated mobile development in Unity. I was responsible for developing the network protocol for communication between Server, TV, and Phone Clients. I developed the core gameplay logic for our Game Server. I developed the Trivia content management system, which allowed for seamless updates to our content databases and prevented repeated questions. I developed the core gameplay logic that the Game Server followed. I also developed the database system for player stats, location stats, and game results.
